We are an Atlanta based investment company that purchases single-family and multi-family homes as-is, brings them up to top market value at our expense and risk, and then sells them for a fair profit.

We are not a real estate agency. We do not list homes and we do not charge commissions. We pay a fair price for property so that after purchase, repair, holding, and selling costs there is a reasonable chance for us to make a fair profit for our efforts.
